Hi, I'm Carmen
I’m a mother of four, a wife, a Christ follower, and the heart behind ANE Photography. Being able to work from home, meet new families, and still be present for my own children has been one of the most fulfilling journeys of my life. Photography allows me to slow time down just a little, helping families hold onto seasons that move far too quickly.
Since launching my studio in February 2021, I’ve had the privilege of photographing countless families and little ones during some of their most meaningful seasons. My “why” is simple: these moments matter, and they deserve to be captured with intention and consistency you can trust. Ever since I can remember, I’ve always had a camera in my hand. Over the years, I’ve refined my craft through hands-on experience photographing families, newborns, and milestones, while also investing in continued education. I’ve developed a proven system designed to keep sessions running smoothly, and I’m often complimented on my patient demeanor and ability to stay calm under any circumstance.
I don’t sweat the small stuff and I’ve learned how to roll with the punches because when everyone feels at ease, that’s when the best images happen. Come ready for good conversation, a few laughs, and a relaxed experience that feels more like catching up with an old friend than posing for photos.

ANE is more than a name-it’s formed from the initials of my first three children and represents the reason this work means so much to me.
A for AnaSofia – A smart, kind young lady who embraces the role of big sister with grace.
N for Nathaniel – A funny, intelligent boy who fills our lives with laughter and joy.
E for Elijah – A gentle yet bossy little guy who perfectly completes our family.
In 2023, we welcomed Jeremiah – the little boy we never expected but whom God knew we needed! (Still working on how to incorporate his name into the business!)
And, of course, a big shoutout to the amazing hubby who supports all my wild ideas. Without him, ANE wouldn't be possible!
Family
I owe so much to my family for their unwavering love and support, but no one has guided me through this journey more than God. I am endlessly grateful for the incredible opportunity to be a businesswoman and give all the glory to Him. It is through His gift of patience, wisdom, strength, and determination that I am able to continue pursuing this path.
Faith in Jesus
One of the greatest joys in my life is seeing my kids’ faces light up every time we board a plane. Hands down, my favorite vacation memory is the time I secretly planned an entire Disney trip without my husband or kids knowing. I handled all the packing, coordinated with my husband’s boss to get him time off, and kept it a complete surprise. It wasn’t until we were getting into the Uber to head to the airport that I revealed the plan! My husband was absolutely stunned that I had pulled it off without him suspecting a thing!
Traveling
I had such a wonderful experience with ANE Photography for my maternity shoot! Carmen and her daughter instantly made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make the session stress-free. They were incredibly patient with my energetic toddlers, had a diaper changing station ready (which we used!), and even offered us apple juice and water. Carmen thoughtfully learned all of our names beforehand, had toys on hand to keep the kids happy, and offered a beautiful selection of maternity outfits to choose from. I truly can’t recommend her enough—you’ll be so glad you booked! 10/10

I was searching for a newborn photoshoot for my little one when I discovered ANE Photography on Facebook. Initially, I was unsure about doing a maternity shoot, but I'm so glad I decided to do it—it was the perfect way to capture my first pregnancy. The photos turned out beautifully and were exactly what I had envisioned.
We also did our newborn photoshoot, and the experience was incredible. Carmen is an amazing photographer—she’s not only incredibly talented, but also wonderfully patient and skilled at capturing meaningful moments. I just want to say Carmen is super personable and very talented at her craft. You can tell that she is passionate about photography by how patient and attentive to detail she is. My newborn was very fussy during the photoshoot and Carmen was very understanding and even helped me soothe my newborn.
